Where are your products made?

Each products is made by me in Springfield, Missouri 

How fast will my order ship?

Please, allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. 

Do you offer tracking with orders?

Yes, once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please, make sure the correct email is used during checkout. 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via USPS.

Are your bags waterproof?

No, they are not however, I use water resistance materials.  Due to the sewing process the seams are not waterproof. 

Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges?

Yes, we do offer returns, refunds and exchanges for certain circumstances. Please, see our return policy page for additional information.

Do you take custom orders?

We do! Projects such as custom frame bags or specific color combinations of existing items are welcomed. I'll consider projects outside my typical cycling and lifestyle bags, but may decline if I'm not completely confident I can deliver a product both of us will be happy with. Custom orders will be priced and scheduled at my discretion.
